Guidelines for reprinting Mr. Holstad's writing in a published format:

Permission is granted to any printed publication to reprint any one of Mr. Holstad's op-eds or letters without charge, provided that notice is sent via email that includes the following:

     Name of the article you are reprinting

     Name of the publication

     Editor

     Mailing address

     Contact phone number

Permission is granted to any online publication to link to one of Mr. Holstad's Op-Eds provided that notice of the posting of such a link is provided via email that includes the following:

     Name of the article to which you are linking

     Name of the website

     Editor or Webmaster's Name

     Editor or Webmaster's Email Address

     Mailing address

     Contact phone number

Any publication of one of Mr. Holstad's articles must include the following statement displayed prominently either at the beginning or ending of the publication:

Wayne Holstad, J.D., practices law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is the author of Leviticus v. Leviathan.  For more information go to http://www.wayneholstad.com

There are no restrictions for individuals who wish to copy one of Wayne's editorials and send it to friends and associates, as long as said publication is not for financial gain.
